As an essential service, BodyLife Imaging is open. Your health and safety is our top priority and we remain committed to providing excellent care and quality imaging for our patients during this time. 

While we remain open, we continue to monitor the situation and are closely following CDC guidelines to keep our clinic and patients safe and healthy. Below is our response to COVID-19, as we work together to fight the virus and take care of our patients.

Temporary Reduced Price Change
We have temporarily lowered our prices in order to help everyone thru this financially difficult time. All appointments prepaid in April 2020 and used prior to August 31, 2020 will receive lowered pricing. Are we still seeing clients?
Yes.  Health care providers and technicians are included in the Governor’s list of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers. 

How safe is it to come in for an appointment?
While we cannot determine how safe any situation is at the time, here is what we are doing to help create a safe environment. At the time, our clinic space only serves our clients so we can ensure you that the only contact you will have is one-on-one with your provider. We have implemented new hand washing standards for everyone who comes into the office, along with social distancing rules that ensure thermographic images can still be performed safely.  There may be times that your technician is within 6 feet of you, but those times will be brief and momentary. Your technician wears gloves, a face mask, and the imaging room is furnished with a negative ion purifier to cleanse the air. If at any time your technician has question about their health status, you will be notified and your appointment rescheduled. Also, we kindly ask you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, congestion, dry cough etc.) or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

How long will the appointment be?
In the past we have found value in offering longer appointments so as to fully education our clients on thermography and walk them thru understanding their reports, and we have always received rave reviews for doing so. At this time, however, we see value in making the appointment time as short as possible. We will continue to educate in other means. An e-book on thermography is enroute for each new client and free phone consults are offered to anyone who would like to be walked thru their report when it arrives. We greatly value education and understanding and will go out of our way to ensure each client feels taken care of.
